How we got here…

Crazy as it sounds, Tony Boy’s was never really the plan. But, having both parents in the food business I inevitably knew I would end up here. In 2013 I opened a full-service restaurant (Marra’s Restaurant Livingston, NJ). As the years went on I kept noticing this little storefront 3 doors down that had remained vacant. 4 years later, I figured I would give it a try and just open up a few hours a day for lunch and sell some sandwiches and salads.

I wanted to be different and offer things that are fun, interesting and unique, while also taking classic sub-shop staples and making them the way I like to eat them. The concept was well received and I quickly realized this was going to be more than a little sub-shop open a few hours a day. After expanding the menu and the operating hours, in 2020 a second location was opened in Madison, NJ.

I could not be more grateful for the support of these 2 towns and all the surrounding areas. My pledge will always be to serve you with the same standards I would want for myself. In other words…I will make it for you as if it were for me!
